guy working there was african guy younger stripped all lug nuts used the wrong Thing to take off my tires and striped all shit then pretended he didn’t speak english after he already spoke english in front of me plain as day ! very rude DO NOT GO HERE lied about what tires he had everything Then when I confronted on it he went to back and said his manager not there. and hid and didn’t come back out horrible place DO NOT GO THERE GO TO THE PLACE ACROSS STREET

They service you quick but the don't inform you that they don't accept cash until the services are completed. They will send you over to their friends at the marathon to use their ATM that comes along with a fee. BRING CASH so that you're not being exploited into paying more than you're intending to pay.

We were traveling from Louisville to Cincinnati and my back tire kept deflating. We kept filling it with air thinking it was the weather. When we were driving around Cincinnati we noticed the tire was not holding air anymore. They sold us another tire and we arrived to Louisville safely. I appreciate this very much!

I am a female so I guess this made me an easy target. I went to get my tire changed here and once I left to go home, the next morning I pulled out the parking lot and the tire busted. They put the tire on so tight that Nobody could remove it without it being towed to the shop. I guess this was so I would have to come back to waste more money. Which costed me more than just buying a tire. I was out of a car for a week trying to get the tire off. They also don’t give receipts so there was no way of me getting my money back even if I took it back.
